The Shield of Strength is here!!  Put your olympic plates onto the Shield, lock down the collar and begin your Super Hero, Barbarian, Viking, Spartan training! High quality nylon strap and high quality stainless steel buckle. The Plate loading pin is 1.906" and comes with shaft collar and allen wrench.  Use it with clubs, hammers, swords, Battle Axe, Mace. You can use it for presses, bent presses, side presses, you can even swing it like a kettlebell, use it for get ups. The Hero Shield is the perfect complement to your Barbarian Army sword and Battle axe as well.
